This is a very colorful cute story about The Count hearing someone or something at the door and each time its one of the usual characters elmo, grover, etc all dressed up in their costumes. At first they are nervous then figure it out its one of their friends at the end they are all dancing around and hear a tapping at the door and its you. Its a cute way to show little ones Halloween doesn’t have to be scary.

This book is a very colorful way to show kids how the monsters are scared of you. Its about a boy who locks himself in his room and is scared of all the monsters, witches, etc. How they walk around to scare people and he thought he be safe until he heard them in his house. He went downstairs where he is greeted by a monster with a prize for him saying that he won a prize for scariest costume but the boy was just being himself. Its a great story for smaller kids to show them that Halloween isn’t scary. Very cute book my girls loved it.

This book is about Evy who planted some seeds in her garden on her farm then seemed to get very busy. “The day the cows strolled down Main Street in fancy hats…Evy didn’t notice.” “What was Evy doing?” there are pages of very colorful crazy things going on like this, on each page. At the end she was making pumpkins to make pie to celebrate the feast. The back of the book has a recipe for Toasted Pumpkin Seeds, facts and trivia, and an index of what Evy was actually doing. It is a very creative colorful book and my girls giggled at all the pictures.
