RC GIVEAWAY – Pampers Limited Edition USA Olympics Diapers And Pampers Team USA Sweepstakes

Pampers 2012 Kerri Walsh

The 2012 Summer Olympics will be underway soon, in July. The Summer Olympics contains one of my favorite sports – swimming. I’m really looking forward to watching. Competitive swimming, and all of the other sports, require a lot of time, hard work and dedication. As someone who swam competitively for a number of years, I cannot imagine how hard it must be training while also being a parent.

Babies work hard ever day to grow and do new things. Think about it, they crawl, climb, roll, walk, run and more. For developing, every day is pretty much like the Olympics for them. To celebrate this unique spirit of play, Pampers recently launched its Limited Edition “USA” diapers and wipes designs, and has partnered with two-time Olympic Games Gold Medalist (Beach Volleyball) and Team USA Hopeful, Kerri Walsh (www.kerriwalsh.com) and her family, including husband, Casey Jennings, and sons, Joseph (age 2) and Sundance (age 1), as they make their way to the London 2012 Olympic Games. The diapers have a USA logo with a red, white and blue design and come in Cruiser sizes 3 through 5. Pampers is also offering Limited Edition Baby Wipes, with a similar red, white and blue design. These Limited Edition products will be in select stores nationwide, while supplies last.

Also, Pampers is offering the Pampers Team USA Sweepstakes on their Facebook page. Each week until August 12 Pampers will be giving away a prize pack consisting of one month’s supply of Pampers Limited Edition “USA” diapers and wipes as well as a souvenir volleyball signed by Kerri Walsh.Pampers also just concluded a portion of the sweeps where the winner received a grand prize trip for a family of four to attend the London 2012 Olympic Games and attend the first ever Pampers Playground event alongside Team USA Hopeful, Kerri Walsh, and her husband and sons.

In addition to the ‘Team USA Sweeps’ on Facebook, those wishing to celebrate the spirit of play at home are also encouraged to visit the Pampers Playground starting April 16th, a newly launched interactive platform on the Pampers Web site (www.pampers.com/play) encouraging parents and caretakers to share all the ways babies love to play. Within the Pampers Playground, there are three sections for parents and little ones to explore together:

· The Picnic Table gives parents the chance to upload and share photos and videos of all of the different ways their baby likes to play.

· The Toy Box provides visitors with fun tools and games to help baby play each and every day including an interactive and original storybook.

· The Park Bench offers articles detailing the importance of play for little ones.

But it doesn’t stop there. P&G – the parent company of Pampers – will showcase their heartfelt “Thank you, Mom” campaign at the London 2012 Olympic Games recognizing the incredible role that mothers play in the lives of their children. As part of this of this inspiring campaign, P&G plans to raise $5 million to help establish and sustain youth sport programs around the world. A portion of sales and donations for the company’s leadership brands including Pampers®, Tide®, Gillette®, and Pantene®, will help those who moms care about the most… children.
