The Salvation Army Angel Giving Tree Online Presented by JCPenney

It always feels good to help the less fortunate. For some it feels especially good to do so at the holidays. Here’s some news that the folks at JC Penney shared with me that I thought you should know about. It’s never too late to make a difference.
The Angel Giving Tree Online Program was launched last month by The Salvation Army and JCPenney to facilitate positive change this holiday season. The program allows customers to adopt an ‘angel’ (a needy child or senior) and then shop for gifts for them based on items they need, or want.
Every user can adopt their angel based on location, sex and age and then choose to give either something the child/senior needs (food, warm clothes, etc) or from items they might want (tickets to a sporting game, new doll, etc). It’s an easy, affordable and most importantly, impactful way to help make one person’s life a little better.
To learn more about the program and to adopt an angel yourself head here: http://jcp.com/angel.
To ensure timely delivery of gifts to adopted Angel, please order merchandise gifts through jcp.com by December 9th or purchase a JCPenney gift card for your Angel by December 14th. There is still time to give back this holiday season!
