Box Tops Marketplace Barnes & Noble giveaway

If you’ve ever looked at a General Mills box you’ve probably noticed the little Box Top coupon on it. If your family has children there’s a reasonably good chance that you know that if you send those box tops to your child’s school the school can send them in and get money back for them. That money can be used on almost anything, including computers, equipment, playground equipment and even parties. Both of my children’s schools are registered with this program. I think this is a great program and I don’t know of any reason why a school wouldn’t participate in it. After all, we all eat and the schools all could use some money. Simple stuff. If your school isn’t registered for the Box Tops For Education program, it should be because it could earn up to $20,000 a year by participating. You don’t have to jump through hoops or anything, your school just needs to fit into one of the three following categories.
* Any accredited public, private or parochial school, for grades K-8, in the United States that is organized and primarily operated for educational purposes.
* United States military schools, for grades K-8, worldwide.
* Accredited home school associations, K-8, in the United Sates that are organized and operated primarily for educational purposes and have 15 or more students.
A portion of the Box Tops program called the Reading Room is also available. This program allows you to earn cash for your child’s school by shopping on the Barnes & Noble website. To use this program just sign up and choose what school you want to support. Then, from the Box Tops site go to the Reading Room tab on the top and click to start shopping. Barnes & Noble will donate a portion of all qualified purchases to your child’s school. It’s a big deal, because your child’s school can earn up to $20,000 per year with this program.
The newest portion of the Box Tops program called the Box Tops Marketplace program. The Marketplace earns your child’s school cash every time you shop online at a participating store. More than well known 70 stores participate in the program, so this isn’t one of those deals where you have to shop at some obscure site you’ve never heard of. To participate, just sign up for the program and choose what school you want to support. You can have more than one school in your profile, for those that have children in different schools. Distant friends and relatives can even support your child’s school by signing up. Then, each time you want to shop go to the Marketplace and start shopping. Products sold through the marketplace cost the same if you buy them through the program as they would if you bought them online anyway. You’ll still be eligible for that store’s sale prices, promotions and deals as usual and you’ll also be eligible for special sales and promotions just for Box Tops supporters. A school can earn up to $20,000 a year through this program.
Participating schools can earn up to $60,000 every year by participating in all three of the Box Tops for Education programs and doing things they do anyway. Register with the Box Tops program today. What are you waiting for? This is just about as close as it gets to money falling from the sky, so grab it!
