Quick question about your job
Do you like your job? Do you think it’s better to work for a large or small company? I like my job, it’s just about the ideal job for me. I work for a company with maybe 200 employees or so but my department has less than 20. It’s so completely different than my last three jobs. Well, let’s not count the very last one since I was only there three months and left to make more money. My last job was for a super small company that had little money and a lying, thieving, shifty owner. Insurance was super expensive and only available for me. There was no money in the budget for raises. My job before that was for a very large company. I worked there for more than eleven years in sales. At times the money was very good, at times it was adequate. Sales is an awful field if you ask me. I hated the stress, the sales quotas, the queues for calls, timed bathroom breaks, and the cpm (corporate performance management) observations and matrixes. Where I work now is a happy mix. If I had to pick I’d say a medium to large employer is best. Do you think it’s better to work for a large or small employer?
