MY THOUGHTS

I received a copy of Thomas & Friends: Engine Friends. We’d seen all of these episodes but one, being as my youngest might be the biggest Thomas & Friends fan there is. We have most, if not all, of the Thomas & Friends DVDs, and we didn’t have a couple of these previously. Episodes on these DVDs contain messages on friendship, teamwork, trying your best and being helpful. This DVD set is a must have for all Thomas fans, but particularly for newer fans because it contains a lot of older episodes that explain the stories and history behind the engines and their relationships. It contains episodes from multiple narrators, including my favorite George Carlin. The bonus features are great and a lot of fun. Also included in this set is a Hide & Peep Mystery book, a booklet that allows you to choose what direction and ending the story has by what page you turn to. One more thing that excited my son greatly, there’s a trailer for the new upcoming Thomas & Friends movie Blue Mountain Mystery, which is due out this fall. I highly recommend this DVD for all Thomas fans.
