2011 SCOUR Project – REVIEW AND GIVEAWAY – I-Mark Marking Tape Measure

| Tue 04-05-11

2011 Mkia Scour Project Button

I’m not an exceptionally handy person but I do like to try and do some minor projects on my own. Something I’ve always had a hard time with is measuring, because it’s so frequently a two person job – one to measure and one to mark. We’re starting a lot of work around the house and the invitation to review the I-Mark Marking Tape Measure couldn’t have come at a better time.

ABOUT THE I-MARK MARKING TAPE MEASURE

This self-marking 16ft tape measure (with a 3/4-in. blade) has a pre-installed marking cartridge that makes it an ideal measuring tool for DIY-ers, including woodworkers, crafters and other hobbyists. Simply measure and press case to mark.

The way it works is to push down on the tape case to mark. That’s it one handed measuring and marking-no more pencils!

I-mark Marking Tape Measure

MY THOUGHTS

I received an I-Mark Marking Tape Measure. It looks pretty much like any other tape measure. it comes with a belt holster, making it easy to move around without carrying it. It’s super easy to use. Just measure out what you want to measure and gently press forward with your hand to leave a mark on the wall at that spot. While it’s still helpful to have someone assisting you for measuring large spaces, measuring can be a one person job with this tool. The line it leaves is a little on the large side. I’d find it very helpful if it were a tad smaller, so that I didn’t have to erase the marks after using it.

The I-Mark Marking Tape Measure retails for $24.95. See how to use it or purchase online at www.i-marktools.com.

I would love to win this for my husband, who always seems to be misplacing his tape measure & saying how he needs a better one. He does a lot of do-it-yourself projects around the house that this would be perfect for!

This tape measure would help me greatly when I do my household projects, as a single mother I don’t have anyone to help me when I need to measure something.
