Spread The Word To End The Word
Today is the day to spread the word to end the word.
The R-word that is.
Nothing makes me angrier then hearing someone misuse and abuse the word retarded.
I could go on and on about this. I’ve spoken about it a kajillion times. I’ve written about it.I don’t know that anything I have ever said or could say could be as eloquent as what Soeren Palumbo has to say on the situation.
Take the ten minutes to watch this. Please.

The only thing that bothers me about this argument is that people are often selective in their “offense” to certain things. Are you equally upset when someone uses the term “gay” to mean stupid? Does the term “wussy” also bother you, since it means that to be feminine is insulting?
Excellent point. I do not like misuse of the word gay to mean stupid, something so many kids today seem to do. I have heard the word wuss once or twice. I encourage everyone to think before they speak. Educate those around you if they’re selective.
