The house next door to us was had residents when we moved into our house, but in 6 months it was vacant and stayed that way for about 4 years. It turned into a big mess. Luckily someone bought it a year ago and he's done a fabulous job with it. He's put so much work into it and it makes me feel so much better that someone is living there who cares about the house.
