Meet My New Oreck Platinum Pilot Vacuum - With Giveaway
Last year I was fortunate to be able to receive an Oreck XL Gold Vacuum for review. We’ve been very pleased with it and have never had a problem. When I was offered the opportunity to review Oreck’s latest, the first thing I wondered was what had changed. I checked it out online and read a bit about it. I was intrigued by the new features and really wanted to check them out so I decided to accept. Boy am I glad I did, and you will be too. (Keep reading.)
The Oreck Platinum Pilot Vacuum is a two piece system. The system comes in one big box with an upright vacuum and a lightweight handheld vac.
It make look like an ordinary upright vacuum but the Oreck Platinum Pilot Vacuum Cleaner was designed with a 360° Glide technology and ball-joint and pivot connection that allows the vacuum to tilt, twist and turn anywhere you need it to go without repositioning the vacuum - making cleaning more effective, faster and easier. If you didn’t know you’d probably never guess that it can vacuum while laying flat, allowing you to vacuum under things. The vacuum has an advanced HEPA filtration with antimicrobial protection.
The Oreck Platinum Pro system’s handheld vacuum weighs in at about 5 pounds and comes with 8 attachments and a hypo-allergenic filtration system.

My current vaccum does not have HEPA Filtration & Antimicrobial Protection. That is one feature I absolutely nust hyave in my next vaccum.

The Oreck Platinum Pilot has HEPA filtration that traps 99.9% of all dust and allergens which would be a huge help for asthma and COPD. The Built in Microban Antimicrobial protection would give us the odor control we need with 3 dogs.
I looked at the gamenetwork site and love that you review games for different ages. When looking for stuff for other kids its nice to have a review from a real person.
I have read the Oreck website and it is significantly lighter than my current vacuum.
It gets out a lot more dirt, dander etc. than my current vacuum.

Another thing I learnt from the site is that you can try it risk free for 30 days, and they have a convenient payment plan available.
The total cleaning system of the Oreck Platinum Pilot Vacuum helps extend the life of carpets, is lightweight, saves energy, and lasts longer than other vacuums.
The Hepa filtration, odor-fighting, no mess disposable vacuum bags of the Oreck Platinum Pilot Vacuum make it less of a hastle vacuuming!
Another thing I learnt about the Oreck Platinum Pilot Vacuum: it has direct suction with a very powerful pile lifting roller brush which gets at deeply imbedded dirt in the carpet.
The Oreck Platinum Pilot Vacuum has a 30 foot cord which makes it more convenient because you don’t have to keep unplugging/plugging the cord while doing a room or two. Therefore, more time efficient for me, and less likely to get a sore back stooping so much! Makes vacuuming a little more fun because it is quicker, and easier!
Another thing Ilearnt about the Oreck Platinum Pilot Vacuum: It is lightweight at just 10 pounds which is just a little more than a gallon jug of milk! No more heavy lifting, shoving, and sore arm!
What I learnt about the Oreck Platinum Pilot Vacuum:
It has an easy 360 degree glide, making vacuumming easier because you can use one continuous motion and go around furniture easier.

Wow! What a fantastic Giveaway! Thanks! First of all, the difference between the Oreck Platinum Pilot Vacumm and mine, is that the OPPV works! (Mine is ‘dead’, so this would be a very timely win!). I love the fact that the OPPV has hepa filters (mine didn’t) and two speeds for carpets!
I learned it weighs little more than a gallon of milk, and it gets into tight corners,and turns easily. That would get my attention. The one we have turns like a Mac Truck!!

I also learned from the website that the HEPA-filtration vacuum bags trap up to 99.9% of all dust and allergens down to 0.3 microns
I learned it produces 102 mph air flow, delivering dirt straight to the vacuum bag, which makes the Pilot energy efficient.
