MY THOUGHTS
I received a KatKabin DezRez in red. As mentioned, I don’t allow my cats to go outside. That doesn’t mean that the KatKabin doesn’t have a good use. As a cat could use the DezRez for safety when outdoors, our cat Juliet used it for refuge inside. She was interested in it as soon as we took it out of the box, and shortly thereafter claimed it as “her room”. We found her in there frequently, napping – most likely because it was a nice, quiet spot away from a certain small pair of hands. The only problem we ran into is that the KatKushion shifted and blocked the door, so the cat couldn’t get out at one point. We simply flipped the cushion the other way and it didn’t happen again. While the cat was stuck in there she unfortunately had to go, but that wasn’t an issue as the cushion is machine washable. The cushion washed quite well and we put it back later that night, much to Juliet’s delight, who scooted back in and went to sleep almost immediately.
