Wordless Wednesday – If A Tree Falls…
This tree is at the end of our driveway. It’s near the power lines and on a windy or stormy day our lights flicker. I’ve spoken with the electric company who informs me they directionally pruned the tree and it isn’t touching any wires. We’ve tried to get estimates from several tree services to remove it but none will do it because it’s so close to the power lines. I guess we’ll just have to wait to get it removed until it falls over in the direction that they directionally pruned it – onto my house.

Send them the picture with the writing. Then sue when it falls. They will have been notified of the situation they created and can’t deny it as a defense on not being liable.
