It isn't that they're not approving, it's that everything is being processed as out of network. I started all of my testing to get clearance for surgery earlier in the year. I was careful to find out beforehand how things would be processed because I'm a billing/coding coordinator. Right after I completed all of my tests, which were numerous and expensive, we were notified our plan was changing on 04/01. Now they tell me I should change doctors and start all over again from the beginning, oh and by the way there are no doctors in network nearby but that doesn't matter to them. Surgery is still scheduled for Friday. I'm waiting to hear back from the surgeon's office to see if they can help me. Until then I wait, wanting to eat and cry. - valmg</p> @ blueyes – Hey lady. Most of my days lately is on the phone with them getting transplant medications approved. It's insane really. Hopefully they will go back and approve yours. I've been stressed too but I'm the opposite and don't eat.
