Sam’s Club Big Clip For Box Tops For Education With Giveaway
One of my Mom’s favorite places to shop is Sam’s Club, because she can buy larger sizes or buy in bulk and use it over time. I’ve shopped there on occasion and found the savings to be quite nice. Sam’s Club has a program going on right now in support of Box Tops For Education. If you’ve read my blog before then you know that I support the Box tops For Education program. The Box Tops For Education program is a terrific way that you can help your school simply by cutting the box tops off of items you already buy. Every one of those box tops that you cut and your school turns in is worth 10 cents. When lots of kids participate that really adds up! Since the program started in 1996 more than $250 million dollars has been given to schools!
From August 15 through September 4, Sam’s Club shoppers can get more Box Tops coupons on your favorite back-to-school brands and maximize your earnings for your school. As a double benefit, your savings on these favorite brands will pay for your membership. At Sam´s you can save over $40 on these brands compared to grocery store prices. Some of the participating brands include: Cheerios, Ziploc containers, Ziploc sandwich bags, Honey Nut Cheerios, Pillsbury Chocolate Chip Cookies, Fiber One Oats and Chocolate Bars, Nature Valley Bars, Scott Paper Towels, Huggies Baby Wipes and Kleenex Facial Tissues. In addition, Box Tops for Education is giving away 1 million Bonus Box Tops to America´s schools! You can also enter The Big Clip sweepstakes for a chance to win the Grand Prize of 500,000 Bonus Box Tops or one of two first prizes of 250,000 Bonus Box Tops!

One way we are trying to get parents to save boxtops is to send a hand-decorated envelope (By their fav artist – their child, of course!) with a flat magnet inside, so that they can hang it on the front of the fridge (or someplace handy)so they can remember to deposit the boxtops. Also – make sure to put the date the Teachers need them turned in by prominently displayed!

My best savings tip is to know your prices, watch for sales, match the sale prices up with the coupons you have and hopefully have double or triple coupons at the same time! Woo-hoo!

Always stock up when your favorite products are on sale and if you can find coupons to go with it that’s even better.
I already have 72 Box Tops saved up for when my daughter starts school on 9/3. My goal is to collect about 15 or more a month.

My best savings tip is to use regular coupons with store coupons.
This savings can really add up!
Of course do this only if you really need the item.

Oh how I would love to win this one. I could use that gift card towards the food that I will be buying at SAM’s Club next month, for my daughters wedding reception.
I’ve been trying very hard, to maximize my shopping dollars by using coupons whenever possible, buying in bulk when I find really good sales, and combining errands – so that we are saving gas. My goal for Box Tops, is to get as many as I can – I have to split them up for several of the grand children.
