First of all...beautiful ring! :)
My hubby added on to my wedding ring with a wrap that goes around in. We got it about 5 years ago. I always have a problem with a couple of the stones on the edges falling out. It's not real expensive to have them replace though since they are fairly small stones. They do recommend that you bring them in every 6 months to get a cleaning and get the pronges checked and so forth. However, it's over an hour away for us, so we never seem to make it until it's to late and one of the diamonds has fallen out. (Mine are falling out though b/c the prongs are being broken-probably b/c the diamonds are on the end and I may hit them and so forth.) Hopefully a jeweler can give you a better idea. Good luck! Lovely ring! :)

Definitely take it to a jeweler. Those people know their stuff. Check with your homeowner's insurance and see if it protects your jewelry against damage like lost stones (we had to take out a separate rider for my engagement ring). If it is the setting, you can get it fixed. They'll also check all the other stones and make sure that they won't fall out!

I have no idea how expensive it would be but even if you bought the stones elsewhere, a professional jeweler should be able to tell you if the setting will hold them and/or put them in for you so it will.

Good luck, it looks like a pretty ring!
