HOLIDAY GIFT GUIDE – Tom’s Of Maine Silly Strawberry Toothpaste For Children

| Sun 12-06-09

toms of maine silly strawberry toothpaste

The holidays are upon us. I remember growing up my Mom would always remind me “hands, face, teeth” before bed – meaning I should go wash up and brush my teeth. Now I find myself reminding my own children. Even though we’re busy with the rush of the holidays it’s most important that we make time to teach our children healthy brushing habits. The habits they learn now will stay with them for life.

Tom’s of Maine Natural Anticavity Flouride Toothpaste in Silly Strawberry flavor is made with real fruit flavor that is yummy to kids. Real strawberry flavor oils – not artificial sweeteners, dyes, or sparkles – are the basis for its kid-friendly appeal. It also features naturally-sourced sodium monofluorophosphate as its active ingredient to provide cavity protection, and calcium to clean. Tom’s of Maine Natural Anticavity Flouride Toothpaste in Silly Strawberry flavor is the only natural toothpaste with the ADA Seal of Acceptance. Silly enough for kids, but serious enough for moms and dads.

I received a tube of Tom’s Of Maine Silly Strawberry Toothpaste For Children. I know it says that it’s for children but I had to try it out for myself. I found the strawberry taste to be mild, neither sickly sweet or harsh. The toothpaste seemed to foam a little when I used it. CJ seems to like it better than the blue children’s toothpaste he had been using, which tastes disgustingly sweet. I like knowing that he can brush with something he likes that’s natural. Something I really like about the box is that it lists all of the ingredients, what they’re for and where they came from.

Tom’s Of Maine Silly Strawberry Toothpaste For Children would make a nice stocking stuffer.

I always sing “This is the way we brush our teeth” when I brush my childrens’ teeth — my mom did for me, and I do the same! :)

We always have the same routine so our daughter know exactly what is expected of them. I also bought some very intriguing toothbrushes for them that make brushing much easier and faster.
