General Mills E-Movie Cash Campaign - With Giveaway
Most people love going to the movies. But, going to the movies can be a bit costly. Last month General Mills kicked off a promotion where people that purchase specially marked packages of General Mills cereals received free movie tickets. The promo is still going on now. With holiday vacations looming I can’t think of many better times to have free movie tickets.
To get your free tickets just buy two select size boxes of General Mills cereals including Honey Nut Cheerios, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Lucky Charms, Trix and Reese’s Peanut Butter Puffs. After you’ve bought your cereal look inside the box for a code. Enter the codes online at generalmills.com/moviecash and print your free movie certificate good for admission to any movie at a participating theater. You can search for the nearest participating theater in your area by visiting http://emoviecash.com/dis_locator/.

My favorite movie moment was when I saw the original Star Wars in the movie theater with my sister. We sat there awed the whole movie. Then afterwards we talked about it for weeks……but then again who didn’t?! It was the most amazing film of it’s time.

My son was a young teenager when I asked him to go to the movies with me as a MOM and son “date”. THe little ones always took up so much of my time so this was a great outing for us!! We saw TWISTER and thought the special effects were so amazing.We both could NOT stop talking about it!! I learned how important it was and IS to spend time with each child alone sometimes. He still calls me when this movie comes on Cable…so I know it made a memory in his mind. He is 27 now with kids of his own.

My favorite movie moment- Breakfast at Tiffany’s, when Holly said about Tiffany’s- “I don’t want to own anything until I find a place where me and things go together. I’m not sure where that is but I know what it is like. It’s like Tiffany’s.” Classic!

My favorite movie moment is in Harry potter and the sorcerers stone and when Harry meets hagrid for the first time and hagrid tells him that he is a wizard on his birthday and that his parents were killed by a powerful wizard and that he is revered throughout the wizarding community and that he will be leaving his aunt’s house for the school year where he is treated horribly by everyone and going to a school for wizards.
My first date in high school I went to see Seems Like Old Times with a guy and unfortunately I had already seen the movie but didn’t tell him. All I remember is he kept kissing my hand during the movie and I kept trying to act like it was an Oscar presentation.
