Country Crock With Calcium And Vitamin D

Two things that became very important in my life when I made the decision to have bariatric surgery were calcium and Vitamin D. My new diet actually calls for multivitamins and chewable calcium because let’s face it, you don’t get all of the nutrition that you need on a diet of just clear liquids or even just mush. It’s partially because of this that I gladly accepted the offer from Mom Central to try Shedd’s Spread Country Crock With Calcium And Vitamin D.

We’ve actually used Country Crock in our home for years. It tastes much better than all of the other spreadable non-butters out there. We tried the Country Crock With Calcium And Vitamin D on a number of foods that we usually use a spread on – toast, bread and bagels. RB and TJ even tried it on pasta. And let’s not forget me. I’ve been using a small amount on the mashed potatoes that I’ve been eating almost every day. It’s soft, spreadable and creamy and it doesn’t taste any different from the regular Country Crock spread that we usually get. It makes me feel good knowing that a food is helping provide things that our bodies need to be healthy.

I was even fortunate enough to find a recipe on the Country Crock site where everything has to be put in the blender, something right up my alley these days. The recipe is Easy Creamy Broccoli Soup. There’s lots of other recipes on the Country Crock site, as well as a printable $0.55 coupon and a quiz where you could win a $25 Visa gift card which also gives you the chance to win a family trip for four to Yellowstone National Park.
