I was just thinking the same thing this week! We went shopping for Halloween costumes, and all the cute ones stopped at 5. My kid has no interest in being a ninja or a monster. All he wanted was an animal costume, and there were none to be found in a size six.

I have no idea why society wants them to act all grown up before they need to be!

Mom says that you too were in a rush to grow up spurred on by your classmates and peers. Manufacturers marker what sells for profit. Educate the parents who should be making the choices instead of their kids who get what they want.

I know the feeling. Our toddler Kaydence, she's only 2, yet she's a very tall and heavy built girl wears a size 5/6 in girls. Cute, toddlerish stuff? Nope, none to be found. I have to dress my baby like a big girl and I hate it.
