Bare Escentuals 100% Natural Lip Gloss Review
I almost never wear lipstick. I don’t like it. I like lip gloss. The folks at Bare Escentuals recently asked me to try a few or their products including the 100% Natural Lip Gloss.

Bare Escentuals 100% Natural Lip Gloss is paraben-free, preservative-free and contains no artificial dyes. The lip gloss comes in a four inch long clear, hard plastic tube. You can see the color through the clear plastic and the name of the color is on the bottom. I received two colors, Wild Honey and Sugar Cookie, for this review.
The product looks smooth on the applicator but even better than that, it feels smooth on your lips. I love that it doesn’t feel chunky or grainy. It’s a great consistency, thick enough to cover well but not so thick that it’s a great gob of goo. I also love the smell. It’s vanilla scent reminds me of baked desserts and it smells so yummy. I found that the color lasts for two to three hours, give or take – depending on if you’re eating or drinking or anything. The scent doesn’t last for that whole time so you may find yourself reapplying just to smell it like I do.
The only thing I can suggest in the way of improvement is to find a way to display the color a little better. It is written on the bottom but it’s very tiny and hard for an old lady like me to read. In a month when it’s worn off from banging around my purse I won’t know what color it is I wanted to buy.
