Who controls the temperature in your house?
I am the one that controls the thermostat in our house. Every year I try to have one or two months where I don’t run any air conditioning or any heat. I do it to try and save some money. My goal this year was to try to not turn the heat on until November. It got chilly out this week here and I didn’t make it. CJ got a fever and was cold and I was also going to watch my niece one night so I turned the heat on a week and a half early. RB would have liked it on two weeks ago, when he took a second blanket out. I keep telling him if he doesn’t dress appropriately inside he’ll be cold outside and never warm when he comes in but he doesn’t listen. Of the couples I know it’s usually the woman that controls the temperature in their house. I know one woman who uses no heat at all, just an electric blanket. Her boyfriend has to sneak the heat on when she isn’t home. So who controls the temperature in your house?

I DO..and DARE my husband to touch it! He’s from England so it always hot…but I’m always cold! In the winter..we have the heat..AND I have the elecric blanket on my side! In the summer he’s always trying to sneak it down low low low..and I fuss at him! Can you tell thats a sore subject in our house?
ME,ME,ME! (mainly because my husband hasn’t taken the time to figure out how to work these electronic thermostats!)
Lynne - Mine either. It isn’t that confusing to use so I don’t know what the problem is.
