Watch batteries

Ok, I’m getting tired of not knowing what time it is. As mentioned some time ago, I have two watches and the batteries in both watches died at the same time. I haven’t worn a watch in months and am not happy about that. I have a costume watch a coworker gave me that I’m not afraid to try changing the battery of. But, I’m a little afraid to change the battery on my good Disney watch that I got from my Mom. The back of it doesn’t appear to be made to come off, so I’m not quite sure what to do. I realize it isn’t an expensive Audemars Piguet watch or anything like that, but it does have sentimental value and it’s really nice looking so I don’t want to break it. No, I think I just answered my own question. I think I’ll pay the fee for the jewelry store person to change it. better safe than sorry.

Am I the only one that talks to themselves? Answers themselves? Sometimes if I talk something over with myself I am able to see clearly and make a decision. Do you ever do this?

I talk to myself all the time! Especially when I’m sewing because there is no t.v. or radio in my sewing room. Too much quiet time and I’ll be having an entire conversation with myself! :-D

Lynne - Yes, I do have conversations with myself. Sometimes little arguments and debates too. LOL.

I have bought watches, but only a few months later the battery died (I think, that it is the battery :-)) but I do not see any problems with changing them :-) And somehow I do not feel like needing some watches. My very expensive watches is my mobile phone, because I mostly use it for watching how much time it is :-) But it is better when you have your time watcher on your hand :-D
I think that part of thinking is to speak with your self. It is normal. But I speak with my self only in my head :-)
