We are a family traveling on bikes - which leads to a some rather unique situations sometimes! One time we were in the desert and had misjudged our food supplies - so ended up eating Lay's potatoe chips and ranch dip for breakfast - YUCK! Another meal was peanut butter and jelly - by the spoonful. We didn't feel like dragging out our stove to cook, and we didn't have any bread or crackers to put the peanut butter on - so we just ate spoonfuls of it!! Now we are getting ready to ride our bikes from Alaska to Argentina - a journey which we expect to take about 2 1/2 years - so we'll more than likely have quite a few interesting meals!!
