Tamagotchi winners

Three winners in the Tamagotchi Giveaway will each receive a Tamagotchi Connection V5 game.

All qualified entries were placed onto a spreadsheet and assigned a number. This number is not necessarily the same as where you fall in the order of comments left. The list was placed on random.org and the number that came out on top is the winner. A screenshot is attached.

The winners of the Tamagotchi giveaway are #16 Marigold, #34 Tonya and #29 You Da Mom. Marigold’s comment was “I, too, am surprised that Tamagotchis have survived this long. I have enough trouble taking care of my very real family and pets, I can’t imagine why anyone would want to take on the responsibilities of a “virtual” one. Then again, I imagine I’m not exactly in the spectrum of Bandai’s target audience.  Our youngest, Sean, however, is a BIG fan. When his sister accidently knocked his Tamagotchi into a soapy sink last week, it was a major drama. There were tears, tantrums, accusations of murder, it was a terrible thing to witness, let alone mediate. And while I’d love to pick him up a replacement creature, well, the holidays are getting on and money’s a little tight. It’s going to be a bit before I can justify a frivolous expenditure. So I’d like to thank you for the chance to enter this contest. If nothing else, it eases some of my parental guilt!”
Tonya’s comment was “I would give it to my daughter. I think it would keep her entertained when were out doing “boring” stuff like grocery shopping or going to the DMV! Thanks for the entry”.
You Da Mom’s comment was “if i won, i would definitely give this to my 10 year old stepson who just LOVES taking care of virtual pets! he’d love this, and how perfect for a stocking stuffer. thanks!”
