Radio Disney Concert Series coming to Jersey

Next weekend the boys and I will be going down to Wildwood, NJ for the American Legion convention. I go every year to this convention because I know it’s important to my Dad and he likes it when the family spends time together. For anyone that hasn’t had the pleasure, a visit to Wildwood is definitely one of THE things to do in New Jersey. Wildwood has a terrific boardwalk, rides, attractions, water parks and beaches. I’ve always been impressed by how family friendly Wildwood is.

I learned today that Radio Disney is going to be offering a concert series in Wildwood during the month of July. The concerts will be free and will take place twice a day at 1pm and 4pm next to the Giant Ferris Wheel on Morey’s Mariner’s Landing pier. The concert schedule includes:
July 7 - A Cursive Memory
July 14 - Jordan Pruitt
July 21 - Drew Seeley

The concert series will end with a bang on July 26 when the action will move to the Convention Center Oceanfront Arena for a special concert with Raven Symone (That’s So Raven) and Mitchell Musso (Hannah Montana). Anyone with a ticket to this show is eligible for a number of discounts including $10 off an all day waterpark ticket, $10 off an amusement pier wristband valid for all three of Morey’s Piers or $15 off a one-day splash and ride combination ticket.

Wildwood is always busy during the summer season. Both Morey’s Piers and The Wildwoods Tourism Authority are expecting a huge turnout for these concerts and are recommending that anyone planning on attending make their reservations early for any of the Wildwood NJ hotels.
