Paper Shouts winner

One winner in the Paper Shouts Giveaway will receive a $50 Paper Shouts Gift Certificate.

All qualified entries were placed onto a spreadsheet and assigned a number. This number is not necessarily the same as where you fall in the order of comments left. The list was placed on random.org and the number that came out on top is the winner. A screenshot is attached.

The first winner drawn (#32 Melissa) did not reply and it’s been 4 days so I’ve had to choose another winner.
