You may or may not know that I bought myself a new laptop recently, a Macbook Pro. Last weekend we got the new dsl wireless modem working so I could take advantage of the built in Airport capabilities of the laptop. I discovered I really like going wireless! The two computers in the living room were connected to the dsl modem, as was the wii and the ps2. We’d gotten some bulk cable and run it in the crawl space under the house. In a moment of wisdom, I decided today that we’re going to leave the actual cable in place for now, just in case something happens to the wireless and we need to switch back. hubby will be so happy he doesn’t have to go under the house again right away. And I’ll be so happy I’m not hearing him complain about having to go under there. It’s a win-win situation.
