@ Connie – Everyone at the Target I usually go to is always quite helpful. Her tone was just so unprofessional, and she just wasn’t nice.

@Janet – That was the thing. I could have had a refund all along but the original customer service rep told me I couldn’t exchange and get the movie for the sale price then.

Nothing can explain away this type of rudeness. They are lucky you didn’t just demand a refund and walk out of the store (or throw a fit of your own LOL!). Glad you got what you wanted

Good heavens! You’d think she was the CEO and you were trying to cheat her out of a few measly bucks LOL! Glad you finally got what you were after in the first place. Not a big fan of the show (haven’t seen the movie either), but I hope you enjoy it!

That’s really unusual for that to happen in a store like Target, not because they’re great or anything but the CSR’s are in front of so many people. She was really putting her job on the line acting that way.

Oh Mom hates it when the CS people are nasty!! Heck if it wasn’t for us customers, they wouldn’t have a job! e are so glad you got it sorted out!

She should never been rude to you. She could have jeopardize her job is her manager is around. Glad that you still get the movie and the right price!

i find a lot of customer service employees to be like that. i’m glad you got it worked out. wow, $9 for the box sets…wish i’d seen that deal! i need to complete my collection.
