We used these little paper tube top type things on the women who were a little to well endowed for the paper shirt top things. Sounds like maybe that's what your hospital needs to invest in! I'm not looking forward to the day when I do have to start getting squished. It's enough to have to go through that, but yeah I've got a good bit to cover as well.
