My dander is officially in an uproar
My day started out well. I get up at 4am every day to go to work. Like most people, I’m always glad to see Friday finally roll around so I can enjoy the weekend. I like my job very much but there are instances, such as the one this afternoon, where I actually end up talking to myself for hours over something that happened. I had a woman call in today who spoke to me so condescendingly and rudely that I wanted to ask her if she might be high and in need of drug treatment. I know what it’s like to have questions about something and to call a company that sent me a bill. Don’t we all? But I always try to speak to people nicely and respectfully, at least until they give me a reason not to. This woman wouldn’t even let me finish speaking. I don’t like rudeness, there’s just no need for it. I hope someone treats her rudely sometime and see how she likes being disrespected.
