Let’s talk shoes

I have mentioned once or twice that I have big feet. Truth be told, they’re honking huge. I hate shoe shopping because I can’t ever find shoes that I like in my size. I’ve always had big feet, so I’m not a shoe person. I don’t like shopping for them and I don’t know anything about them. I only know a couple of brands like Docksiders (comfy). I hear brands mentioned on tv and can only guess they’re expensive. So what makes shoes distinguish themselves so much that you know the brands by sight? How do you know if a woman is wearing Clarks shoes, Cobbie Cuddlers or Candies? With sneakers you can often tell because you can see the name or emblem or something right on the sneaker. How can you tell with shoes?
