Inappropriate gifts

I decided I was going to go to an orthopedist recently for the knee problem. Since my Mom has seen a number of different doctors over the years, I printed a list of participating orthopedists from my insurance company. I asked her to take a look at it yesterday. She was familiar with several of them, and told me which two she liked and which one she thought I shouldn’t see under any circumstances. When I asked her why she told me it was because while she was teaching, that doctor was a student and had given her lingerie as a gift one year. Now that’s inappropriate! I’ve never received an inappropriate gift. Have you? Have you ever given someone an inappropriate gift?
