I could have used this twenty five years ago.
Unfortunately, I have oily hair. I probably got it from my Mom, and my son probably got it from me. As a young teenager my Mom didn’t like me to shower in the morning, I think she was afraid I’d go out with a wet head. So, any morning I couldn’t shampoo my hair I’d go to the downstairs bathroom and shake baby powder into my hair to absorb any excess oil before I left the house. It did work although it also made me smell like a newly washed baby’s butt and tended to fall onto my clothes, both of which were probably because it wasn’t designed to be a dry hair wash.
I am now an adult and shower every morning before leaving the house. Once in a while if I’m running late I’ve considered not showering until later, for about five seconds. But I refuse to go somewhere if my hair doesn’t look clean. Now I get up at 4am to go to work. Hubby is supposed to get up at 6am and get the kids ready for school. Now my older son, who also has oily hair, doesn’t like to shower at night because it takes away from his play time, which means he needs to shower in the morning. I also refuse to let me son go somewhere looking dirty. It’s at times such as the two instances I’ve mentioned that having a bottle of dry shampoo would come in very handy.
I could have used something like this twenty five years ago instead of baby powder. This is most likely much better than baby powder because it’s made for hair. It comes in different shades to match your natural hair. It doesn’t leave any residue and it brushes out when you want it out. Neat product!

You know my mother didn’t care if I went out with a wet head so long as I was out the door for the bus lol But then again she was already gone for work so it was just my father at home with us until we left and he didn’t care one way or the other so long as HE didn’t have to take us to school if we missed the bus and god forbid we missed the bus.

Ah yes. I’m familiar with god forbid we missed the bus. I had to pay for a taxi once because I missed the bus.
