Dial Complete winner

One winner in the Dial Complete Giveaway receives a case of Dial Complete soap.

All qualified entries were placed onto a spreadsheet and assigned a number. This number is not necessarily the same as where you fall in the order of comments left. Unfortunately this time there were quite a few entries that weren’t eligible because they didn’t contain both pieces of requested information. The list was placed on random.org and the number that came out on top is the winner. A screenshot is attached.
