Hi, I have 2 CBKs that I picked up from an Aunt's house when we cleared out her house. Can you tell me how to determine if 1 is an original because the other one has a banner on the box that says "1985" Is there something somewhere on it that would tell me what year the other one is from? Maybe on the box somewhere? All it has is a copyright of 1983 but both have that on them. Thanks!

Tina, thanks for visiting. My understanding is that these 25th anniversary dolls not only were made from the same molds but also had the same names so it would be conceivable with a little looking you could find her. Have you gone out to the stores and checked the shelves?

Hello. Do you know if the makers of CPK's ever duplitcated the same exact doll twice?
I had one in 1984 that I'm looking for. Unfortunatley, after two boys myself, I threw the doll away figuring I would never have a use for her. Now of course we have a two year old daughter and I'm just kicking myself over not keeping the CPK. I have looked for about six months on ebay but with no success. I appreciate any help you can give me. Tina
