Another one bites the dust
This month has not been good for electronics and such in our house. My beloved coffee went on the fritz about two weeks ago. Sometimes it would stop halfway through making a pot. sometimes it wouldn’t keep the coffee hot. Sometimes it would just shut off. For the last week I’ve had to stand there and basically beat it just to get it to finish making a pot. On Friday it finally died, it lost power and never came back on. So, I had to suck it up and go spend a fortune at Bed, Bath and Beyond to get a replacement coffee maker. I’ll be reviewing them and it at another time. The microwave is being weird. Sometimes when you close the door the microwave will turn on, without anything being set or pressed. We have a pair of Vtech cordless phones that are less than two years old, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The one in the bedroom stopped working completely this week. The one in the living room is not working properly. I’m now on the lookout for a really good deal on phones. Maybe there’s Gremlins in the kitchen or something…

LOL, when it rains it pours. Remember the days when we had the old really heavy phones with the dialer. When you would dread if someone had a phone number with a bunch of 0′s in it. You would start to dial the number and doing a good job getting past the 0, then… you mess up and have to start all over 2..4….0………. They were the biggest pain BUT the darn things never broke???
By the way my microwave is on its last leg too =(

Mandy – there was no dialing in a hurry with those old phones, LOL. And getting a busy signal was the worst. You’re right though, they never broke.
~Oh it just always seems to go this way doesn’t it? When it rains it pours. If my coffee maker were to go on the fritz I would seriously hitch hike to the nearest coffee stand. LOL
