Wow, satellite antenna are expensive

I have Sirius Satellite Radio and I love it. My favorite channel is Octane 20. We have a unit in the living room connected to the home theater system. We had to rebuild a whole wall in my living room last year and at that time the Sirius antenna cable got moved. I actually can no longer remember exactly how it used to be run, but it wasn’t through the front door like it’s been since we redid the wall. Well the antenna cable finally had it. It’s been on the fritz for a week or two. Apparently the storm door closing on it constantly wore it thin and it’s finally beyond repair. I priced another one, it’s going to run me $35 plus shipping just for this 9-10 foot cable. If this cable is anything like computer cables (and I bet it is) it’s all profit. So, until I get the money together and order it and it’s delivered, no satellite radio for me. I’m really bummed. I put myself on the couch because I’m not feeling right and I miss my music. I did call the surgeon’s office and told them I’m having cramping and earlier today a sort of a flow. They told me to take it easy. I’m supposed to go to the office again in about two weeks, I wonder if I can wait that long.
