Todays ent visit

This morning I took my youngest son to the pediatric otolaryngologist (ent). We had another hearing exam. Once again the tech was unable to complete the play portion of the exam. This is where the child is to follow an instruction with a toy upon hearing a sound. So the tech performed the booth test again. Once again results did show a loss. She and the specialist both recommended an abr be performed. Abr stands for auditory brainstem response. My son will be put under general anesthesia for this test. The scheduling department is supposed to call us to set it up.
