My first return

Christmas error #3. I hate to return Christmas gifts. I do not return gifts as a rule. I always check to be sure I am not buying a duplicate and that noone buys a duplicate of what I’m buying. I’ve always been very careful and as a result have never had to return anything, which is why I am so annoyed today. I have bought my Mom a lot of San Francisco Music Box snowglobes over the years. This year I saw a neat Navy snowglobe that you can put a picture in. I thought my Mom would like it because she could put a picture of my brother in it. (He’s in the Navy.) She smiled when she saw the SFMB packaging, because she knew they didn’t have a storefront anymore and I don’t think she realized they still sell online. She thanked me and told me how much it looked like the other Navy globe she’d bought herself a while back, pointing across the room. I looked at the globe she already had and it was the same. Now I have to return it and pick out something else. I hate returns. The one time I didn’t check, look what happened.
