I use a picture of two cats as my avatar on every forum or community that I am a member of. It’s a picture of two Himalayan cats we used to have, they’ve died since I started using it. I won’t change my avatar anywhere though, because everyone including myself is used to seeing it. I know I often look for people just by the avatar. I shouldn’t because a lot of people change them from time to time, but I do. Today I figured out how to make the picture my favorite icon and have it appear in your browser. My wordpress theme didn’t have it built in and I’ve never done it before so I took myself on an educational surf and learned how to do it. I wrote a post about it on Computer Chit Chat if you want to know how to do it. It’s easy.
