Long first day

Today my oldest son started middle school. He got up at 5:30 am. When he came home I asked him about his first day. His first answer was “long”. I got to hear all about his day before I began my homework - filling out and signing more stuff. He forgot his lunch money at home so didn’t have lunch. Later, when I went in to tell him it was almost bedtime, I found him already fast asleep.
