Fun in Florida

If you’ve read far enough back, you know that I’ve had this blog for a long time but only in the past 2 months did I promise myself I was going to write more. I have been writing more and have been enjoying myself writing, and I have been trying to write better.
Since then, I also joined PayPerPost. There’s a whole community of Pay Per Post bloggers (called posties) that are always ready, willing and able to help in their forums. The posties are spread out all over the world, yet all have some things in common - Pay Per Post and blogging. Imagine what a great opportunity it would be for posties to get together and learn from each other, as well as listen to well known bloggers and industry experts. Well, anyone near Orlando, Florida has that opportunity this month. Pay Per Post will be both attending and sponsoring BlogOrlando from 09/27/07 through 09/29/07..
BlogOrlando is sort of a convention for bloggers. Topics covered include relationships, marketing, search engine optimization, blogging tools, blogging for newspapers, design, video blogging, podcasting, Wordpress, networking and participation. Wow, that’s a lot of topics many of us could use some expert advice on. And to be able to attend in the company of other people with the same interest, some who you may know from a forum or their blog - wow!
And after the learning, there’s more! One afternoon there is an organized group trip to EPCOT! And it happens to be during Food and Wine Fest, which I missed the last time I went to WDW.
I wish I was going. I know I could have a lot of fun while I was there and learn a lot. Unfortunately, I cannot go this time.
