Do you celebrate Halloween where you work?
The company I work for now does not celebrate Halloween at work. They do put a float in the local parade. The last time I did dress in costume for Halloween at work was about 10 years ago, and it was for work. Our department had a theme, which was The Hundred Acre Wood. Yes, it was my idea. I dressed as Winnie the Pooh. I dyed a sweatshirt and sweatpants yellow, and wore a red tshirt over the sweatshirt. I borrowed a cloth honey pot from my son’s toys and wore it on my head as a hat. My best friend dressed as Tigger. Another lady made an awesome Owl costume. One of the guys wore shorts and shoes and was Christopher Robin. We even decorated the aisles to look like woods. I had a lot of fun that year.

Ooops I forgot to say I was visiting from the BLOG VILLAGE Fall Fest Carnival. Thanks for sharing this memory with everyone.
Thanks for visiting!
There were a few years while I taught Elementary School when the teachers were encouraged to dress up, but for the most part Halloween was not celebrated at school. We have a large Charismatic population in our area, and they object to Halloween as being Satanic.
Hee hee! There’s another nice thing about working alone, for myelf: I don’t have to worry about team building, lol!

Ugh, how I cannot stand that phrase! It’s so salesy.
I always worked in a place where very few people dressed up. No fun!

Start a tradition or having a little party and dressing up for work for Halloween!
We used to when the children were still at home - these days I tend to celebrate Samhain privately instead.

Years ago we used to have great fun dressing up for everything we could think of just to liven up the office for a few days a year but now it doesn’t appear to be “cool”. It’s good to relax and have fun sometimes…all part of team building.
Team building. I used to hear that all the time in sales. I now hate the expression.
I work from home. But… I will dress up with the kids when we trick and treat together.
I wish I worked from home. Lucky lady.
We can still dress up for Halloween here if we want to but I prefer not to. I’m not really that big into any holiday.

Halloween is big for my oldest, he loves trick or treating.
I’m a Christmas girl myself.
