Change of care

I went to the surgeon again today. His bedside manner was quite a bit friendlier. He said he is going to put me on the wound vac. (I was kind of glad, I really didn’t want to be staples up again.) I am still not allowed to pick anything up. This will put an end to the wet to dry wound packing. Now the nurse will only come out on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays to check on things and empty the canister. Hopefully this will also mean purchasing less medical supplies.
They finally got the MI race run. I made it home in time to see my beloved #2 win again!
