Are you a Penny Pincher?

Until today I was not aware of the Penny Pincher Gazette, so I decided to check out their website. At first I thought the site only had Grocery Coupons but it has much more.
The site is bright, crisp and clean. The main categories (articles, recipes, circulars and coupons) are clearly marked and easy to navigate. The only design flaw I found on this page was the alignment of the footer at the bottom of the home page, the banner covers up part of the text.
The coupons page. The coupons page requires registration and login before you can see it. I myself usually will not register for anything unless I can see a preview of what it is. I like to find out is it stuff I’ve already received direct by email, or perhaps found myself on another site. My opinion on this is not a problem with the site, it’s just my perspective.
On the recipes page, I thought the way recipes were combined with coupons was nice.
On the articles page, a picture and a brief summary was available for each article. But when I clicked into the article the banners had placement right in the middle of the page, therefore in the middle of the article.
The circular page warned that it might take a little while to load. Unfortunately four times I tried the page and each time it timed out, so I never got to see it.
Once the issues are worked out I think this site will be pleasant to visit and helpful to its visitors.
