And so it begins

Today they’re racing at Loudon, in New Hampshire where I lived for a short while once.
Today’s race is the first race of the chase.I’m rooting for the #2 of course, to win both the race and the cup. Kurt’s starting the chase in 5th. He’s starting today’s race 3rd.
It’s funny. When I watch the race I talk to the television. The baby will sometimes come into the living room and yell at the tv “cmon”, “two” and “go”. I love it.
I am hoping for a small miracle – to feel well enough to go to the race at Dover next weekend. I’m keeping my fingers crossed but I don’t know. If I can’t go I’ve asked my hubby to take our oldest son, who’s never been there.
