Another new scent that Febreze recently introduced is New Zealand Springs, part of their Destinations Collection. As previously mentioned, I am a big fan of Febreze and air freshener, so i accepted the opportunity to check the scent out.

I received Febreze Air Effects in the New Zealand Springs scent. For those who have never tried it, Febreze Air Effects is a can of spray air freshener. No assembly is required, just squeeze the trigger and a light mist sprays out wherever you direct it. The New Zealand Springs scent is very pleasant, light and outdoorsy without being too floral. I hadn’t used Air Effects before. This spray is designed to seek out and remove odors rather than just cover them up. I tried spraying this all around the house and found it to be pretty effective. I found it most useful in the living room, where things don’t get a strong odor but do get a stale feeling from so many cushions absorbing all of the smells that are in and coming through the house. The scent it leaves doesn’t last forever, I found that it lingered for about 30 minutes – more than enough to freshen up when company is coming or arrives unexpectedly.
The Febreze Destinations Collection is available at major retailers nationwide. Suggested retail price range is $2.99 to $7.99.
